Non-eligible: The WAA exhibit committee reserves the right to reject any work if it does not meet the prospectus requirements or deemed inappropriate for exhibit in a community venue. No reproductions or Nudes.

1) Three (3) original works may be submitted by each applicant.

2) No work done in class or under supervision may be submitted.

3) Cost of entry is $10 for one image, $15 for 2, $20 for 3. These fees are non-refundable.

4) Actual works selected for the exhibition must not exceed 40 inches in any direction, including frame.

1) Actual work must have the signature or initials of the artist on the front.

2) Work must be suitably framed, wired and ready for hanging.

5) Artwork may be marked for sale with the understanding that, if sold, 20% of the proceeds will be contributed to WAA.

REMOVAL: Artwork must be picked up on Saturday, October 18, 1:00 pm – 3 pm.

Work not removed by 3 pm will be stored at the Creators Workshop, Wayne at a storage fee of $5 per day.

LIABILITY: Neither the WAA, its members, library staff, or anyone working on the exhibition will be held responsible

for loss or damage. The WAA does not take responsibility for burglary, fire, theft, or any other damage. Sending a work of art to this exhibition constitutes agreement on the part of the sender with all conditions

set forth in this prospectus.

RECEPTION AND AWARDS: The Awards Reception will be held on Friday, October 10, 2008, 7-9 p.m.

Awards will be given for Best-in-show, 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, and honorable mention.

EXHIBIT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC: During library business hours.

Eligibility: Participants may submit up to three pieces per category. Only original work is eligible. Work previously exhibited in WAA shows are not eligible. Open to all NJ photographers 18 years of age or older
