| The Wayne Art Association is a nonprofit organization, whose membership includes professional and non-professional
artists. It was founded in May 2003 by a group of artists for the purpose of educating and enriching all interested
in the fine arts and to enhance the quality of the community by exhibiting art, supporting local artists, and creating
diverse opportunities for art education and art appreciation. Throughout the year, the WAA will present a variety of art exhibits featuring member's work. The WAA plans to present juried exhibits open to all New Jersey artists as well as a National Show. Where and When…… Our membership year runs from July 1st to June 30th. The WAA hosts a monthly meeting on the third Monday of the month, offering lectures and art demonstrations by professional artists. The Wayne Art Association is located at the Creators Workshop Art School at 1441 Ratzer Road, Wayne, NJ. The Creators Workshop is a working studio/gallery/school that affords the WAA with all its artistic needs. Workshops and classes will be offered throughout the membership year. A newsletter is published each month during the membership year keeping members abreast of what's new and news at the WAA, as well as announcements of shows and exhibits in the area.
